Sports 2 is the sequel to sports. After many generations of playing sports, the children grew tired of sports, and longed for a sequel. Sports 2 features new, improved versions of sports, as well as new sports. The developers of Sports 2 have said to have played hours of Sports, and listened to the community on what could have been improved.
Sports was invented by John Sports in 1905 when he sported all over some bad guys. For years, John continued to sport, eventually spreading sports all across America. John made no money from sports until he decided to sell the right to sports to Hasbro for $1.2 million. Years later, after John's passing, his son, Jack Sports, bought the right to sports once again putting it back in family hands.

Sincve 1911, Sports have been owned and operated by the Sports family. Jack has stated that he has no intentions of selling sports ever again, but continues to operate Sports under the Sports family name. He is currently the CEO of Sports Enterprises.
Jack proposed Sports 2 in 2015, when he found his kids were "tired of sports", so he invented new sports to put into Sports 2, and hired experts to fine-tune existing sports.
