Kyogre is the protagonist of Pokémon Normal Sapphire. It also shows up in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire and Pokémon V, G, and C. It evolves from Wingle at level 100. Some people might be saying "but what about Pelipper? I don't care about pelipper. Pelipper is a toilet.
