no 9/11 jokes, please. I have specific trauma associated with it. I wish people didn't think it was okay to joke about an even where thousands died, in living memory, that had ripple effects on millions, perhaps even billions of people, and was used as an excuse for a shitty, unjustified war, as well as lots and lots of domestically sanctioned racism and oppression that I personally experienced.
