A scamp (pronounciation: ) is a little fella whomst gets away with everything. This could be because they are quick, agile, dexterous, escapatory, charming, alluring, or otherwise resourceful enough to get out of any situation despite their diminutive size. They are not to be confused with a runt, who is small but lacks the quality of escapes; whelps, which may be good at escaping but are also usually sopping wet; rabblerouser, who cause general trouble; or a menace, which may cause trouble and get out of it but doesn't have to be a little guy.
