A simulation of the fulfillment of Gödel's Loophole

After years of study, it is now a commonly accepted belief among legal scholars that Gödel's Loophole, a contradiction within the United States Constitution that could give absolute power to a single individual, was about Scaladrians. As Scaladrians are small and puntable, one could theoretically dropkick one directly into the Oval Office, bypassing the election process entirely.
