Low Roar is a PSYOP enacted by Hideo Kojima that was deployed in the video game Death Stranding. The operation began in 2016 with the game's initial reveal trailer, which featured the song I'll Keep Coming while Norman Reedus cradled Death Stranding and cried in a dry ocean. The reaction to the trailer was general confusion and intrigue, but people also walked out with more psychological manipulation, having a new taste for the indie post-rock project.
