The arm lifestyle is a health movement where an individual lives on through their arm. It usually involves multiple steps, including turning into an arm, and then being attached to someone who has lost an arm. This allows someone to live on through this arm. Depending on how much the attached person enjoys sissy hypnosis, this can cause the individual who lives on through this arm to transfer their consciousness into the host, allowing them temporary control of the host body. History
The arm lifestyle dates back to the American Civil War. During the war, many people lost their arms, and many more were blown to smithereens. Since they had not invented robot arms yet, sometimes they would stitch on some other guy's arm. This would lead to a common practice of soldiers living on through this arm. That is why they call it the arm-y.
